Service Availability

Our delivery service operates during posted business hours. Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, high-demand periods, and other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to addresses within our designated service area. Delivery fees may apply based on distance from our location at 25 Peel Centre Dr, Bramalea City Centre, Brampton, L6T 3R5. Orders outside our delivery zone may be declined.


3. Ordering and Payment

Order Placement

When you place an order with Salvatore's Pizza, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Problems identified by our fraud detection systems
  • Delivery address outside our service area
  • Previous payment issues or order violations

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

Payment is required at the time of order placement for online orders. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Preparation time for custom orders
  • Unforeseen circumstances

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times and are not liable for delays.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, customers must:

  • Be available to receive the order at the specified address
  • Provide contact phone number for delivery coordination
  • Ensure safe access to the delivery location

Failed Deliveries

If we are unable to complete delivery due to incorrect address information, customer unavailability, or unsafe delivery conditions, the order may be returned to our location. In such cases, refunds may not be provided, and additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.

Contactless Delivery

We offer contactless delivery options. If you select this option, the driver will leave your order at your door, knock or ring the doorbell, and maintain appropriate distance. You are responsible for retrieving your order promptly.


5. Product Quality and Food Safety

Quality Standards

At Salvatore's Pizza, we are committed to providing high-quality food products prepared with fresh ingredients. All our pizzas are made to order using quality ingredients and prepared in accordance with food safety regulations.

Allergen Information

Our menu items may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, nuts, and other ingredients. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens.

Allergy Warning: If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us at 519-337-8944 before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.

Food Handling

Once your order is delivered, it becomes your responsibility to handle and store the food properly. We recommend consuming delivered food promptly and refrigerating any leftovers within two hours of delivery.

Temperature and Freshness

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placement by contacting us immediately at 519-337-8944. Once preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Cancellation policies include:

  • Cancellations within 5 minutes: Full refund
  • Cancellations after preparation begins: No refund
  • Cancellations after delivery dispatch: No refund

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your food quality, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery. Refunds or replacements may be provided at our discretion for:

  • Incorrect orders or missing items
  • Food quality issues (cold, burnt, undercooked)
  • Damaged or spilled items during delivery
  • Significant delays beyond estimated time (over 90 minutes)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Partial refunds may be issued for partial order issues. We reserve the right to request photo evidence of product issues before processing refunds.

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after order preparation
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailability at delivery time
  • Subjective taste preferences
